Over the years she has helped thousands of families make their move.  Maria has achieved entry into the prestigious Re/Max Platinum, Hall of Fame, and Lifetime Achievement clubs.  Providing market evaluations and completing residential and commercial contract negotiations are her specialty.  Maria is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) specializing in assisting clients facing financial difficulties and guiding them through the short sale process.  Maria is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. Maria has chosen a select team of professionals, each working within their area of expertise to provide her clients with the world-class service they deserve. Maria has lived in the Anchor Bay area for 50 years and enjoys boating and outdoor activities.  Her previous profession as an intensive care nurse provided her the opportunity to fulfill patient's physical and emotional needs during stressful times in their lives, which has also helped her during her real estate career.   Maria enjoys hosting and participating in many charity events in the community.

 Linda Morrison – Client Care Coordinator

Linda joined our team in June 2010.  She schedules appointments, helps with client requets, assists with special marketing projects, and oversees all administrative activities and entire office operations.  Linda updates each client as their transaction progresses and guarantees your questions and concerns will receive prompt attention.  Linda has been in real estate for over 32 years.  Linda lives on Harsens Island, has a daughter out of state, and enjoys spending time with Larry, fishing, hunting, boating and gardening.

 Geri Wrubel – Listing Specialist & Webmaster 

Geri reviews listings for accuracy and communicates with sellers on a regular basis to ensure their satisfaction.  For our short sales, Geri contacts lenders on a weekly basis and then updates our selling clients as well as the buyers' agents on transaction progress. Geri joined Maria’s Team in July 2008 after a long career in medical transcription. She resides in Clay Twp. with her husband and spends her spare time camping, gardening, fishing, and bowling.

 Mary Morley – Buyers' Advocate 

Mary joined Maria’s team in 1997 and is in charge of checking our ListingBook system every day to let our buyer clients know about the newest and hottest properties available for them to preview. Mary is also responsible for calling clients each week for the first month after the closing, to insure a smooth transition into their new home followed by monthly calls, emails and personalized newsletters. Mary resides in Clay Twp. with her husband Bob. She is the mother of four girls and enjoys golfing and boating.

 Jaimie Gardner– Project & Marketing Director 

Jaimie joined Maria’s team in July 2011, and has assisted in servicing our clients in various team roles. Currently, Jaimie is responsible for maintaining and updating Maria’s websites including www.MariaMcGuire.com and www.Support4Sellers.com. In addition, she is in charge of creating our monthly newsletters, updating clients via email about upcoming community events and industry news, and developing/overseeing special marketing projects. Jaimie resides in Fair Haven with her husband Greg and their daughter Alexa.  She enjoys spending time with her family and their four dogs.

 

In Memory of Bob McGuire.  Bob started assisting his wife Maria in 1993.  He was also a licensed agent.  Bob lost his battle with kidney cancer August 27, 2001.  Even though he is not with us physically, we know he is here spiritually and will always be watching over our team.
